Shipping Info
Thank you for choosing Baby Naturale! Shipping is available via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select and 2nd Day Air. Our shipping rates are calculated based on weight and destination and are intended to reflect the published rates of the United States Postal Service & UPS, as accurately as possible. We pay close attention to your quoted ship rates and will always make sure your packages are sent at the best possible rate. Some items such as prefolds are a bit heavier to ship, if the price you are quoted is higher than the actual ship cost we are quoted at time of shipment, you will be reimbursed for any shipping quote overages to reflect the exact ship charge. You will not be charged for extra shipping if you quote was not high enough - within a reasonable amount for the items being sent.
For the FREE SHIPPING over $100 offer, your package will be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail w/ Delivery Confirmation OR UPS Ground, depending on which method is most cost-effective. If you cannot receive packages via US Postal Service or UPS Ground, please do let me know in the "Comments" section at checkout OR via email at Amber@BabyNaturale.com . Upon Checkout, please select "Free Shipping over $100" as your ship method of choice. This promotion is for US customers only and your items must equal $100 in total to qualify.
We ship to CANADA! Just check out as usual and you will see the shipping option for Canada in the shipping options. *International shipments can be subject to DUTY - it is the customers responsibility to pay any duty upon arrival of you order.

If you would prefer an upgraded shipping method & your order is over $100, you may select UPS 2ND Day Air, UPS 3- Day Select & you will be required to pay the full ship cost.
For orders under $100, I offer shipping by UPS(with insurance & tracking #) and by Priority Mail (through the Postal Service only takes 2-3 days to receive after shipped).
For larger packages, those over 3 lbs., UPS Ground will often be your most economical choice. If you are purchasing a dozen prefolds, laundry supplies, or other heavy diapering items, then UPS Ground will be your best choice.
SHIPPING SCHEDUAL
*We take pride in trying to get all our orders shipped within a day of you placing your order. Orders placed before 2pm Arizona time Monday - Friday will ship out that day, orders placed on Saturdays after 1pm AZ time or on a Sunday will not ship out till Monday. Occasionally we do have stock shortages, we will contact with you if an item is currently out of stock or unavailable to let you know when to expect your order. We greatly appreciate your understanding and patience for any delay that may occur due to a stock shortage issue. Please know we will always do our best to get your items off to you ASAP!
NOTE: ALL our Baby Nursery Decor Items as well as our Designer Diaper Bags are "Drop Ship" items (due to size and weight) and will be shipped to you directly by our vendors. For this reason there may be a delay in shipping due to stock checks and thier shipping schedules (usually within 3-5 days) *We will keep you informed as to any further delay in time for your shipment and a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as we recieve it from them! - We thank you again for your patience & understanding that it may not be SAME DAY as with our own "on hand" stock!
